◊R25 Room Scheduler Intialization



Resource 25


This short tutorial is applicable only to UHMC Department Secretaries and Administrators. In order to complete the step below, you should already have had your R25 account established and have been email your account credentials.

  1. Save the email attachment “UHMC R25.rdp” to your desktop
  2. On your desktop, right click the UHMC R25.rdp file and select “Edit”
  3. Verify the following information
    Computer: 166.122.240.72
    User name: R25_UHMC
    “Allow me to save credentials” is CHECKED
  4. Once verified click the Save button, then the connect button.
  5. You may be prompted with a warning about the connection’s identity. Check the “Don’t ask me again for remote connection to this computer” checkbox and click Connect.

    If you are using windows Vista or a higher OS you may be prompted about a second time with this error:

    Check the checkbox and click yes.
  6. Finally, you will be prompted to log in. If you have not received these login credentials, please email bhieda@hawaii.edu or bduran@hawaii.edu requesting UHMC R25 credentials.
  7. You will now prompted to log into the R25 application. Please ensure that the “Use this Name and Password to connect to R25” checkbox is checked. If you have not received these credentials, please email bhieda@hawaii.edu or bduran@hawaii.edu requesting UHMC R25 credentials.

    The next time you wish to connect to R25, simply click the UHMC R25.rdp icon on your desktop. Your R25 session will start automatically. You will still need to login with your UH username and use Banner25 for your password.
