The MyUH Portal provides online
enrollment services via the Internet to all students in the UH System. (UH Manoa,
UH Hilo, UH West Oahu, and UH Community Colleges)
What will I be able to do on MyUH
Portal?
You will be able to:
- Register for classes offered at any UH institution
that you are eligible to attend. Community College students may register for
classes at the following institutions without a separate application for
admission:
View your academic transcripts from all UH
institutions
Track your current financial aid application and
award(s)
View and update your current address and phone number
View your account information and pay online with a
credit card
Prior to registering for
classes, did I…
Submit proof
of TB clearance (less than a year old) and Measles immunization?
Take the
Placement Test for English and Math or request for a transfer credit
evaluation if I took classes at another college/university?
Meet with a
Counselor if I’m uncertain of what classes are required for my program? Call
984-3306 for an appointment.
How do I get started with the MyUH
Portal?

Open an internet browser, we suggest
Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Type
http://myuhportal.hawaii.edu in the address box.
Enter your UH account name and password
where it says "Secure Access Login". Then click on the "Login" button
If you do not have a UH account name click
on "Get a UH username" |

This is what you will see when you login.
Your UH e-mail is located in the upper right box
The MyUH Portal has many other neat
features including access to e-mail, personal announcements, chat rooms,
information on your library account, a personal calendar, and much, much
more! To learn about the features available through MyUH, check out the
"preview" from the MyUH Portal login page.
Once inside the portal,
select Academic Services (on the left hand bar, or the top bar).
On the next page, select Registration and you’ll be taken to the
screen below |

If you know what classes
you want to take, select “ Yes begin quick registration” or select “No” to
search for classes via campus, subject, course number, instructor, start/end
times, or days.
To register for courses,
you need the CRN (course reference number) located in the schedule of
classes. Or, you can obtain the CRN by performing a class search.
After you review your schedule you must go to
the Complete This Registration Session link to save your
registration. Print a copy for your records, this printout is your
confirmation that you are registered for these courses.
How do
I pay for my classes?
Your tuition and fee
total will appear in your account summary. You have the option to pay
it online with a credit card or in person at any UH Cashier office via cash,
check or credit card. The payment deadline is Friday,
December 12th. If you register after this date, then
you have 5 business days to make payment for the classes you registered for.
