 Examines ways to manage fresh water resources with emphasis on island water and wastewater management techniques.  Introduces water quality techniques and parameters as well as wastewater treatment processes. Reviews principles of hydraulics, hydrology, and distribution systems.  Discusses water reuse and recycling practices on Maui.
