UH Maui College has Limited Licenses for:
Camtasia Studio for Windows & Camtasia for Mac
With the Camtasia Screen Recording & Video Editing Software, you can create interactive instructional support videos that are on-demand for instant viewing. Screencasts are quick, easy, and inexpensive to produce and are perfect tools for providing multi-media course content such as:
- On-screen lectures
- On-line orientation for students on the first day of class
- Visual & audio introductions to new instructional concepts
- They also can be used to provide individual feedback on projects and assignments.
HOW DO YOU GET YOUR LICENSE ?
Because licenses are LIMITED, they will be given out on a "First Come, First-Serve" basis to individuals who:
1) Are teaching in an online, distant learning, or Laulima-based environment
2) Have Downloaded and used a trial copy of Camtasia ( http://www.techsmith.com/download/camtasia/ )
3) Signed up for a license using the Online Registration Form during the Registration Period between July 1st and the closing date of July 31st 11:59pm.
Licensed UH Maui College Camtasia users also get access to upload Camtasia videos to Screencast.com
