Clickers Loan Request & Agreement
UH Maui College faculty, lecturers, or support staff have may request use the Response Clickers by completing the Clickers Request & Agreement Form. This is an interactive web submission form and all required information sections need to be completed.
After a receiving the application & review, IDS will email the applicant with the details of the availability, usage, and support information.
