Jul 17, 4 pm Payment deadline for students registering Apr 13-Jul 17

Aug 7, 4 pm Payment deadline for students registering Jul 18-Aug 7
– without payment, students may be dis-enrolled from their classes

Aug 8+ Students who register after Aug 8 are not purged for
non-payment and are obligated to pay tuition & fees –
unless they officially drop the course(s)

Apr-Aug New Student Orientation weekly sessions

Aug 12 General Student Orientation, 5:00 pm, Pilina

Aug 15 General Student Orientation, 11:00 am, Pilina

Aug 15 Saturday Registration & Payment
8:30 am - 12:30 pm, Ho‘okipa

Aug 24 FIRST DAY OF INSTRUCTION

Aug 24-28 Late Registration for open classes:
9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Admission & Records (M-Th)
9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Admission & Records (F)

Aug 28 Last day withdrawal with 100% refund (semester-length classes)

Sep 14 Last day withdrawal with 50% refund (semester-length classes)

Sep 14 Erase period ends – semester-length classes dropped by this
date do not appear on the transcript. For deadlines of modular

Oct 9 Graduation application deadline for Fall 2009 graduation

Oct 27 Last day to make up Spring 2009 Incomplete grades

Oct 27 Last day to change grading option (e.g., CR/NC, Audit)

Oct 27 Last day to withdraw from classes with a W grade

Dec 10 LAST DAY OF INSTRUCTION (semester-length classes)

Dec 11 Reading Day (semester-length classes)

Dec 12-17 Final Evaluation Period (semester-length classes)

Dec 18 Last day of semester
