Why MCC Rocks:
I enjoy teaching students how to prepare Jamaican cuisine. In the café, the management encourage me to get creative with the daily menus, so we have some exciting dishes. When reggae perfomers come to town, like Steel Pulse, they often look me up as their personal chef. |
