2019 income/tax info for 2021-2022 FAFSA

Step 1: Create your FSA ID.

An FSA ID is a username and password that gives you access to Federal Student Aid’s online systems and can serve as your legal signature. It is needed to electronically sign your FAFSA application.

Before you actually start your FAFSA, first, go to the FSA ID website by clicking the link below to create your FSA ID – https://fsaid.ed.gov/npas/index.htm

Step 2: Start your FAFSA.

Now that you have your FSA ID username and password, you can start your FAFSA.

We recommend viewing the video below before starting your FAFSA application. Then when you begin your FAFSA application have the video readily accessible as a reference.

To begin your FAFSA, go to the Federal Student Aid website – https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa

The UH Maui College school code is 001615. You will need to add this to your FAFSA if you will be attending UHMC.
