Aloha! My name is Jaymie Kanani Moniz. I have wonderfully energetic sons, Lauloa (10) and La`e Bear (1 1/2).  I was born and raised here on the beautiful island of Maui. I graduated from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus in 2004. After high school I decided to return home to Maui to pursue my post-secondary educational endeavors. I graduated from the University of Hawaii Maui College with my Associates in Arts and a Hawaiian Studies Academic Subject Certificate in 2009. I received my Bachelors Degree in Social Science through the University of Hawaii West Oahu in 2016. My main goal as the Academic Support Counselor for Pai Ka Mana Student Support Services Program is to help students reach their academic goals. I am very excited to work with passionate students who are determined to achieve their educational goals. I am a life learner, hungry for knowledge, and always open to new information and new experiences. I look forward to meeting you and helping you attain your academic goals and dreams.
