University of Hawaii Maui College has partnered with EverFi, whose mission is to help students address critical life skills such as sexual harassment and assault prevention. Each year over ½ million students complete these courses. As part of our comprehensive prevention program for students this Fall 2015, students must complete Haven. This online course will empower you to make well-informed decisions about issues that affect your college years and beyond. Your login directions and additional details are included below. Please complete Part I by November 29, 2015. Please complete Part II by December 11, 2015.

Other Important Information:

  • You will need Internet access and audio capabilities.
  • To avoid technical issues, please use any major web browser released within the previous two years.
  • You may take the course in multiple sittings.
  • The course may include surveys to help personalize your experience and measure students’ attitudes and behaviors. All survey responses are confidential; the school will only receive information about the student body as a whole and will never see individual students’ answers.
  • Should you experience problems, technical support is available 24/7 and can be accessed from the “Help” link within the course.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:

  1. Go to MyUH Log on using your UH username and password.
  2. After log in, click on the ‘UH Life’ tab.
  3. Look for the ‘Haven Everfi Sexual Violence’ channel (should be in the upper right hand corner), and click the ‘Connect to Haven Now’ button.
  4. You will then be re-directed to UH CAS login screen, where you can log in with your UH username and password.
  5. You will then be re-directed to the Haven website.
