An eligible applicant must be/have:

1. Have completed at least 20 college semester credit hours, six of which must be in accounting by the END of the spring 2022 semester
2. Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
3. Be currently attending a two-year college as a full-time or a part-time student with plans to continue at a two-year college (enrolling in at least 6 hours) with a major in accounting for the 2022-23 academic year
4. Provide transcripts that verify requirements 1, 2, and 3. If the transcript does not indicate courses in progress for the spring 2022 semester, additional documents must be provided. Transcripts may be an unofficial copy
5. Have made a commitment to a career in accounting
6. Provide a one to two-page self-description which includes academic and professional goals
7. Compose a one-page business letter answering the required questions based on the guidelines at the end of the application
8. Be recommended by an accounting faculty member. We will request recommendation letters from faculty members via email
